INSIGHT

Feeling burned out at work may be more common than we think, but that doesn't mean it should be ignored.

This is reflected in what is known as burnout syndrome, a condition recognized by the WHO since 2019 that involves symptoms such as stress, physical exhaustion, and decreased productivity at work.

In the long run, this feeling can even lead to more serious consequences.

IDEA

In a year like 2020, facing the deepest crisis in 80 years and with real and potential unemployment figures skyrocketing, many workers are suffering and will continue to suffer from this symptom.

The “Use your rights” campaign aims to tackle this problem and show that, thanks to the rights we already have, we can solve most of our labor issues.
