BURNING SOMETHING IS THE MOST CONSCIOUS DECISION TO WANT TO END SOMETHING.

Develop the concept and design for Ordesa's new album, entitled “Días Cálidos” (Warm Days).

We tend to idealize the past, and this leads us to believe that there are no better goals, no other possible paths.

There are thousands of paths and thousands of destinations that we can only discover if we say goodbye to these places and the memories they evoke, thereby closing the circles that are still open.

Working on this reflection, we have made a discovery: ash. Ash represents the trace, the scar, the residue, or the essence that remains of what once was and is no longer.

It is the consequence of what was once alive and is now no longer so. A vestige.

The act of burning something is the conscious decision to want to end something, to want to close a circle, to want to forget and turn the page, and ash is what remains of that warm day that is no longer warm.
